Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and driving business opportunities for the organization’s HR and Background Verification services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
  2. Handle inbound client inquiries professionally and effectively
  3. Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  4. Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  6. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
  4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  5. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
