Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Field Executive to expand our client network and promote our Background Verification (BGV) and HR services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
  2. Meet prospective clients and present company services professionally
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  5. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
  6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  7. Achieve monthly business development targets and reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Marketing
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  3. Ability to travel and meet clients regularly
  4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  5. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
